He had already chosen his outfit, after all, but still. Appearances were important. "I can't explain all the reasons behind it, but the plan is a simple matching of wits. Perhaps with the second smartest man in Gotham."

He didn't really doubt that all of that would go smoothly. He was trying to stay on top of his long-term goals and motives, however. "Indirectly, some of my actions may be causing a shift in Gotham's criminal structure."

Turning his head, he looked up at the ceiling, running his tongue along his lower lip as he thought. "It's been a long time coming."
