Jonathan stood up and then staggered, almost falling back down. He had several sharp blows to the head already today, he was basically seeing blurs right now and not just because he didn't have his glasses but also because his head had been rattled around. "I'm a doctor, let me look at him."
He needed a steady hand. He came over to Edward and some of the guards let him close as he looked at the back of Edward's head that had slammed into the floor. Shit. "His skull is cut at the back, it probably ain't but it could be cracked. Don't move him until medical comes." His hands were shaking so he didn't trust himself to examine him but he could at least make sure these morons didn't do any damage. He looked at Edward and checked his pupil response. Okay, not bad. Definitely off though. "Edward, you're going to be fine - it's nothing serious but it's nasty. Don't move more than you had to."
Odds are, it would be a concussion and some stitches but he didn't want to risk these morons fucking it up. "Don't ever do that again, what the hell were you playing at? You damn fool!"
