Ed stared in Harvey's direction while his mind, prompted like that, replayed what had happened frame by frame. He had certainly reviewed the details plenty of times. "Bright lights make me shrink..." He muttered a riddle, mostly to make it easier to lie by omission. "I heard that you'd been hit with water and I remember I thought that made no sense. The way they'd sneaked up, the way they were running. Figured it had to be worse than that. Then you started screaming."
